I must be doing it wrong.
This one thought stopped me from loving my life, making the money I wanted and believing that I was worthy of love. Here’s a look at how I changed it.
You can change your relationship on your own.
Within one year, I changed my life dramatically- all on my own. It was hard. But damn does it feel good to know I’m in charge of my happiness- even if my world does involve lots of other people.
Building resilience- public criticism.
Is showing up scary? Sometimes. Have I said the wrong thing publicly sometimes? Sure. Do a lot of people criticize me to my face in front of my community? Yes, all the time. But, that also makes me a pretty powerful person. I show up and am willing to be seen. Today I’m sharing how I get through public criticism to move my mission (and myself) forward.
One thought I worked on for all of 2018.
I’ve been a Life Coach for going on 3 years. It’s hard to believe! Even life coaches have fucked up thoughts that don’t serve them and even life coaches have their own coaches and have to deal with their own limiting beliefs and thoughts. I worked on one fundamental thought this year, day after day after day. Moment by moment.
