Meet Steph

Hello! I’m Steph Sheldon. With 12 years under my belt running a thriving business that grew year after year, I’ve learned a thing or two about taking inspired action. My journey began in architecture, which taught me the beauty of design and structure. However, when I was growing my own startup, I also realized how unprepared I was emotionally for all the risk and stress that can come along for all of us who will become known for something because of our success. That lead me to a four-year study on the inner workings of how we start up and if we can do it better. The findings of that work, combined with the previous 8 years before that of working with hundreds of small businesses owners lead me to develop two new brands– The Slow Startup and The Creative Shift.

Now, I use the lessons I learned and the successes (and failures) I’ve had to help women founders sustainably grow their high-value brands, combining my love for creativity with practical business coaching and website design.
