    • When you have a moment to think and contemplate, you can perceive the world and your own internal world with more specificity

  • Pausing to listen

    • When you’ve slowed down and listened, you can often hear the bright insights that come from your deepest desires. This might astonish you because you may have classified yourself as someone who is always confused by nature.
